The Bite and Brew of Salem July 25-27, 2014 Hot summer fun is really gearing up in downtown Salem these days, and Salem's most unique venue and concert experience right on the waterfront in just around the corner! The Bite and Brew of Salem of Salem, also know as 'Hoopla's Party in the Park', is one of downtown Salem's hottest parties of the year (literally and figuratively). This annual event is happening Friday, July 25, through Sunday, July 27, 2014 in Salem's Riverfront Park. What's not to love about this three-day festival featuring 15 bands on two outdoor stages, good eats from local restaurants, 60+ beers on tap, Willamette Valley wines and endless fun for the whole family? The best part is it's just a short walk from The Salem Convention Center/Grand Hotel Salem! So bring your blankets, low level folding chairs, dancing shoes, family and friends and prepare to enjoy a day of summer fun. The festival will entertain the young with all kinds of kids' activities including interactive rides, bounce houses, etc and the young at heart with it's great music, dancing, food and drink. Operated by Hoopla Association, The Bite & Brew of Salem is proud to continue its support of great community organizations. Festival organizers encourage you register for the 5k/10k Family Fun Run/Walk presented by the Salem Kroc Center on July 26th. This event will support the Liberty House Child Abuse Assessment Center and every participant will receive a performance t-shirt, one Free Entry good any day at the Bite & Brew of Salem and one free beverage immediately following the race.
