Salem Convention Center is proud to be one of the sponsors of this signature benefit for the Marion-Polk Food Share. 45 of Mid-Willamette Valley's most acclaimed restaurants, wineries, microbreweries and caterers will be here to sample their very best dishes, brews and wine. The best part is, 100% of Chefs' Night Out ticket sales goes to Marion-Polk Food Share's network of nearly 100 direct-service charities. Marion-Polk Food Share (MPFS) is the nonprofit regional food bank providing the bulk of the emergency food given out to hungry area residents through their network of over 98 direct-service charities located throughout Marion and Polk counties. More than 500 people attended Chefs' Nite Out last year. Chefs from Bentley's Grill and the Salem Convention Center were on hand to serve dishes like Duck Confit on a Crispy Wonton with Mixed Greens & Huckleberry Compote and Crispy Crab Cakes with Asian Slaw and Tobiko Aioli.
