Yes, our culinary team can absolutely work with you to create a special menu tailored to your guest's specific dietary needs. We source many of our ingredients from local growers and farmers to ensure delicious and high quality cuisine for all of our guests. If you have a number of people attending your event with a range of food sensitives, i.e. nut allergies, wheat allergies, dairy intolerant, vegetarian, etc., we would encourage you to choose a buffet style banquet over plated meals. Our catering staff will clearly label each selection so that each guest with dietary needs can choose accordingly. We recommending touching base with your guests a couple of weeks before the event and ask that they let you know of any specific dietary restrictions. When guests call us, we do our best to take care of their needs, but it is more efficient if they contact you, the organizer, so the details are not lost in translation. Once you get a final count, you can pass the information on to our catering manager who will ensure our kitchen staff will prepare a variety dishes that will best accommodation their needs.
