From large scale projection screens to lighting equipment, our audio/visual enhancement are top tier. Whether you're hosting a hybrid corporate event for a large group of employees or celebrating a wedding or personal event with a small group of close friends and family, we can accommodate your gathering with event enhancements that make everything lighter, brighter and sound crystal clear. We know that each event is as unique as the person planning it, so we offer a vast collection of technological enhancements to perfectly match your next event or meeting. Keep reading to learn about the audio and visual enhancements we can provide. Our Projection Screens and TVs While our projector packages for each room include a screen, we have screens of varying sizes to fit your needs. We have fast fold and tripod screens available that range in size from 7.5' in length t 10 ½'. When considering a drape, we can provide velour or lightweight drapes in various sizes and colors to best fit the theme of your event. All screen and cart packages include all the necessary cords and cables you'll need but if you have questions about a projector package for your event, feel free to inquire about it-we're here to help! Our TVs boast just as much variety as our projection packages too. With flat panel LCD TV monitors that range in size from 32” to 52”, we have a few different stand options to go along with them. Our smallest TV, 32”, has a tabletop stand included while our larger TVs have pedestal stands. These make it easy to move and adjust the TV to get it exactly where you need it. We also can provide a 70” flat panel LCD TV on a truss stand that provides the extra stability needed for a larger TV without sacrificing any of the mobility. You can still place this TV anywhere in the room that you've booked your event, wedding or gathering. Sometimes, just having a TV screen isn't enough and you need a few more additions to make sure your event runs smoothly. We can add a CD or DVD player with ease or a mini media file player that's ideal for trade show displays. We can also provide digital signage for your event or meeting. Have a fun slideshow to show of the newlywed couple or pictures of your company? Proudly display them on a TV outside of the room you've chosen or forego the photos for basic or deluxe text. Our Lighting Equipment Let us light up your event with the lighting enhancements we can provide. We offer various stage lighting packages as well as high powered LED color changers for lights and lighted decorations like chandeliers. The stage lighting packages come with either two, four or eight lights in the ceiling and/or wall to help light up a podium, dancefloor or other aspect of your event or meeting. Our lights include full dimmer control so you can decide how light and bright you want your meeting space to be. We can also provide the color changers that work great for walls and backdrops! Our Sound Equipment Don't strain your voice trying to shout across the room at your attendees sitting furthest from you. We can hand you a wired or wireless microphone with or without a stand to help your voice carry further. Go mobile with it and leave the stand and wires behind, allowing you full reign of the room or keep things stationary on a stage or platform so your attendees have a clear focus point during your event. If you want to go completely hands free, we also provide lavalier microphones. These types of microphones are commonly referred to as “lapel microphones” because you can clip them to the collar of your shirt and let them pick up the sound as you speak, without having to carry a microphone around the room with you. This leaves your hands free to navigate a presentation or keep a hand on your cue cards during speeches. Want to be even more discreet with a microphone while still reaching your audience with your voice? We have something even smaller! Our “countrymen microphones” fit directly around your ears with the microphone resting on the cheek and are both comfortable and efficient. Typically, these are the microphones you see actors and actresses wear on stage during theatrical performances. A sheer piece of tape can help hold these in place so you can move around your meeting space without worrying about an accidental mic drop. When it comes to sound and speakers themselves we offer several options for you to choose from. Patch to house sound systems, four and six channel mono mixers and ten channel audio mixers can be applied to your event enhancement package. We can also provide a digital audio recorder that includes the delivery of an unedited MP3 from your event. Save the memory from your next event or wedding with the recorded audio! Our Projectors We offer a few different projector packages to suit your event needs. Depending on if you are leading a presentation and need to interact with the projector and screen, or showcasing a sensational slideshow, we have the equipment you need. Our single projector package is ideal for standard events and meetings that won't need multiple displays. This package includes one 5,600 or 8,000 lumen projector; depending on which room your event is booked in, lumen amount on the projector may vary. This package also includes an AV cart that's easy to maneuver, a screen without a drape, a wireless clicker that's ideal for simple presentations and a laser pointer to point out key details on the screen. We provide all of the necessary cables and cords to keep the projector working properly and can help troubleshoot during the initial set up process so everything is ready to go when your attendees arrive. If you're in need of more than one projector and screen display, we can accommodate that as well. As part of our Willamette or Santiam Ballroom, we can include two 8,000 lumen projectors with two hanging screens. This is great for corporate hybrid events that may want to show both their presentation and display out-of-town guests on the big screen for a fully immersive meeting experience. In other words, Zoom meetings just got a little more interesting! As with the single projector package, we include all of the cabling required along with a wireless clicker and laser pointer. However, this package also includes a video splitter if your event requires one. With our Willamette or Santiam Ballroom, we can also provide a four projector package. This package includes four 8,000 lumen projectors with matching screens, all required cables, the wireless clicker and laser pointer and video splitting capabilities. While this is similar to our two projector package in these rooms, the four projector package provides that extra screen space for multiple presentations or multiple views of the same presentation-wherever your guests are seated, they'll feel like they've got a front row view! Our Croisan and Pringle Creek rooms have projector options too. These rooms include one 5,600 lumen projector each along with a hanging screen and all of the attachments and accessories you'll need for a smooth viewing experience. Our Wi-Fi The Internet is essential for most meetings and events. We offer multiple wireless internet packages so you can have the internet speed and access you need, when you need it-no delays or latency issues here! Our bronze package works well for small groups of fifty or fewer guests. This is usually sufficient for small business meetings, intimate weddings or small weddings or baby showers. If you're expecting more than fifty guests to need internet access but will still be hosting less than one hundred, our silver package will do the job. If you're planning a large event with potentially hundreds of attendees needing internet access, choosing our gold or platinum package will be your best option. These packages all feature speeds of 10mbps which is enough to comfortably and smoothly navigate the internet without loading issues. If internet speed is a concern for you, we also offer wired internet experiences with speeds of up to 20mbps. While this option is typically best suited to a single wired device at one location in the Salem Convention Center, we can accommodate group classes or registration tables that may need multiple wired connections.
