Bryan's day kicks off with a meticulous round of checks and maintenance throughout the building. Before the hustle and bustle of events begins, he walks through the entire convention center, focusing on making sure plumbing is running smoothly, light bulbs are bright and replaced if needed, and any other equipment or appliances that need attention, receive it. His goal is to accomplish as much maintenance as possible before guests arrive. Once events begin, Bryan is the go-to person for banquet needs, from moving tables and chairs to hanging banners, adapting his schedule to suit the day's event lineup. His ability to shift focus towards such a wide range of tasks is an impressive trait! What Are Your Responsibilities? Beyond helping with event support, Bryan's responsibilities here encompass quite a bit when it comes to maintaining our establishment. From painting doors and walls to overseeing kitchen equipment maintenance, he takes charge of ensuring everything runs properly. His proactive approach involves fixing issues before they escalate, and if needed, calling in additional support. Although, Bryan has become so adept at fixing things over his career with us, he rarely comes up against a problem he can't solve.
